About "unlimited" plans

Unlimited = 1 GB/day in 4G/5G, then network speed is reduced to 512 kbps (3G/2G), but stays unlimited until midnight. Speed resets daily. Unlimited plans are not eligible for monthly renewals.

Delivery & refunds

Your eSIM will be sent to your email instantly after purchase along with a link to check data usage. Upon purchase, you have 6 months to activate your eSIM. Your eSIM's validity period starts as soon as its activated.

Your eSIM is eligible for a refund as long as it has not been activated.

Can I use it for Hotspot?

Yes, all eSIM packages are hotspot-compatible.

Can the eSIM be installed on another device?

No, an eSIM can only be installed on one device and can't be changed afterwards. To get data on another device, a new eSIM package is required.

Does the eSIM come with a phone number?

No, the eSIM is for data-only. However, you can keep using your phone number for SMS and calling if you turn on "Wi-Fi Calling" on your primary line and use the data of your eSIM.

Can I still use my phone number?

Yes. Simply turn on "WiFi Calling" on your primary line and use the data of your eSIM to text and call using your phone number without paying roaming fees.
